The Problem

Contents claims are the bottleneck no one has solved.

You can read damage. You can negotiate scope. The thing eating your week is the list of every item the homeowner ever owned.

Generic lists, minimum payouts

Carrier software values "toaster" at $4.88 and "Breville Smart Toaster (BTA840XL)" at $149.95. Your client's list looks like the first one — and they leave 70% on the table without ever knowing.

Weeks to compile, days to file

A traditional contents list takes 4–5 weeks to assemble. Meanwhile your client is sleeping on a friend's couch and the carrier is asking why nothing has been submitted.

Carriers reject unverified lines

If a line item doesn't have a comparable replacement, a real product link, and quantifiable features, the carrier values it at the lowest match in the database. Then they push back when you challenge it.

Documentation caps your capacity

Every claim you take on means weeks of contents work — yours or someone else's. The bottleneck isn't demand. It's how long it takes to produce a defensible list.

The Solution

Trained humans. Tuned AI. The only system that runs both.

Send us your photos. Our input clerks build the list in 72 hours. You review and deliver.

01 — Photos in

You send the photos

Smoke, water, contamination, fire. Phone photos, drone shots, walk-through video stills. We accept what your team or your client already has — no on-site visit required, no protocol training, no proprietary capture rig.

02 — Engine + reviewers

Our AI engine drafts. Our team finalizes.

Our AI detects every item, extracts features, and proposes a replacement product with ACV and RCV. Our trained input clerks then walk every line — correcting matches, catching the items the AI missed, and locking in the Xactimate code.

03 — Speed

72 hours. Not 3 weeks.

Same property. Same depth. What used to be three weeks of contents work, finished in 72 hours. The hybrid process is the only way it's possible — and the guarantee sits on us, not your client.

Why this matters

The AI alone is wrong often enough to be a liability. A pure human shop is slow enough to lose the claim. Combined, the same property goes from a 4–5 week document drag to a 72-hour deliverable — with higher quality than either approach produces alone.

The 72-hour Process

From photos to filed in 72 hours.

One handoff. One delivery. The hours between are ours to manage.

  1. Hour 001

    You upload the photos

Drag-and-drop or shared drive link. Phone photos, video stills, walk-through footage — whatever your team or your client captured. We ingest the full set in minutes.

  2. Hour 0–4802

    AI drafts every line

Our inventory engine detects every visible item, extracts feature attributes from photo metadata, matches to a replacement product, and computes ACV / RCV against current vendor pricing.

  3. Hour 24–6003

    Reviewers finalize

A trained Flow Contents reviewer walks every line — correcting wrong matches, adding the items the AI missed, locking in Xactimate codes, and confirming age and condition.

  4. Hour 7204

    Carrier-ready report delivered

You receive a single spreadsheet — every line with the full 9 fields, formatted to drop straight into your claim file. No rekeying. No reformatting. Filed the same day.

The Guarantee

72 hours. Best list you've ever seen. Or your money back.

Late = full refund

If we don't deliver your complete, carrier-ready report within 72 hours of photo handoff, you get every dollar back. No prorating. No clauses.

Not the best list you've seen?

Open the file. If it isn't sharper, more complete, and more defensible than any contents list you've ever filed — you just have to tell us how to make it better. We fix it. If we still can't get it there, full refund. Your sole judgment.

No forms. No back-and-forth. Email Leland and we either fix it or refund it the same day. We built the process to deliver — and we eat the cost when it doesn't.

Common Questions

Questions public adjusters ask us.

Flat $2,000 base fee plus 1% of documented value above $200,000. So a $400,000 claim is $2,000 + $2,000 = $4,000 total. A $1M claim is $2,000 + $8,000 = $10,000. Only the $2,000 base is due upfront — the performance bonus is invoiced on delivery, after you've seen the report. No hidden per-item charges, no per-room charges, no overages.
Whatever you or your client already have. iPhone walk-throughs, drone footage, individual room photos, video stills — we work with all of it. The denser the photo coverage, the more items we can extract, but there's no proprietary capture protocol you have to learn or train your team on.
Most don't, and that's fine. We work from post-loss photos plus structured client interviews. For total losses, we can also pull comparable rooms from real estate listings, social media archives, and prior insurance documentation to reconstruct the inventory.
Every line item carries the correct Xactimate contents code. The spreadsheet is column-mapped for direct import — no manual code lookup, no reformatting. Symbility-compatible export is on request.
Up to three revision passes are included in the base fee, each turned in 24–48 hours. Beyond that, $1 per item revised. Most claims close inside the included revisions.
Enservio and ITEL are carrier-side vendors — they work for the insurance company. We work for you. Our engine and review process is calibrated to extract every defensible attribute that drives the line item up the LKQ ladder, not down it.
Smoke, water, fire, contamination, mold, vandalism — any first-party residential contents claim from $50,000 to $5 million. Commercial claims case-by-case.
You and your client. We retain working copies for revision support and case history, but the deliverable is yours to use, share, and file as you see fit. No carrier ever sees your file from us.
